ASME ENGINEERING LTD previously known as M Gibbons Mobile Welding was established in 1986 as a provider of mobile welding services to the construction industry, and has since developed into a company which is capable of meeting both on and off site welding and fabrication requirements within the building and civil engineering industry. ASME is a family run business which insures our clients receive a very personal service at all times.
Providing a mobile welding service used to be the company’s core activity but an increase in workload from clients in building and civil engineering requiring a rapid design, fabrication and installation service now makes this our core activity. Contracts up to £1.5million are readily undertaken and recent investments in new machinery should see this figure rise.
ASME ENGINEERING LTD employs coded welders, fabricators and erectors who all have specific skills tailored to the particular needs of clients in the building and construction industry with particular experience in the water and engineering sectors. We pride ourselves in having a very skilled and experienced team who will always go that extra mile.
Mobile welding vans are fully equipped with a wide range of tools, super-silenced welding plants and consumables. Also on board, fire and safety equipment and First Aid kits. We also have open back pick-ups and Hiab lorry for lifting and transporting heavy steel sections.
ASME Engineering achieved its ISO9001:2000 Quality Standard in 2002 and is committed to the continual improvement of its Quality management activities and to conducting business to the following principals:
