ASME Engineering Ltd is a family-owned business that combines decades of experience with a forward-thinking and dynamic culture. Our founder and managing director is Michael Gibbons, whose strength lies not only in his deep knowledge of steel engineering but in the passion and "hands on" approach he brings to each project.
Michael’s wife Susan and daughter Sandra also work for our company. Being a family business, we share values which have helped develop a very positive company ethos. We can demonstrate more commitment than many of our competitors and will put in the extra effort to complete a task with a keener sense of purpose and pride. This extends to all of our people – an outstanding team of skilled professionals who work hard to drive the company forward.
In recent years our staff have grown from 20 to almost double that number. As well as investing in new technology and equipment, we have invested heavily in our people. All of them benefit from a broad range of training programmes designed to help each individual develop their career and realise their full potential.
